Hi! I am Ruthie Sheets, owner and founder of Big Picture Counseling and Consulting LLC . It is nice to meet you!
As my client, I will assist you in your wellness journey by using evidence-based techniques and interventions specifically for you. I tailor a treatment plan that holistically addresses your individual needs. Using feedback from your reflections, and your personal metrics, I walk with you on the journey to wellness - from our initial session, to where you wish to be.
I believe that all individuals deserve to feel safe, confident, and at peace within their mind and body; therefore, I use a challenging, yet compassionate approach with all ages.
I counsel clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, substance use, grief, ADD/ADHD, OCD, neurodivergencies, and more. My therapeutic approach consists primarily of the evidence based treatment, cognitive behavioral therapy. I offer coaching and consultation services as well as counseling. I also provide Christian based counseling, per client request.
